Little Passports — Holiday Gifting
Role: Campaign Strategist
Deliverables: Concept development, video ads, animated GIFs

Overview
Little Passports' Holiday Gifting Campaign was developed to drive subscription sales during the brand’s most competitive and high-traffic season of the year. With parents, grandparents, and gift-givers seeking meaningful, educational gifts for kids, the campaign aimed to position Little Passports as the go-to choice for holiday gifting.

My Role
As the campaign strategist, I led a broad concepting phase that explored multiple creative directions tailored to different customer mindsets and seasonal behaviors. I focused on developing a range of concept angles that would resonate emotionally and clearly communicate the value of gifting a subscription.

Strategy
I crafted concepts around several core ideas:
-
Giftability – Emphasizing Little Passports as a thoughtful, recurring gift that delights beyond the holidays. Tapping into family gifting specifically,
-
Educational Value – Highlighting the learning benefits in each box, appealing to parents and relatives looking for screen-free enrichment.
-
Limited-Time Offers – Leveraging urgency and exclusivity to drive immediate conversions. Out of all the outcomes, the promotional approach seemed to be the most effective during this time. We took a scaffolded approach to promotional messaging, starting with Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Pre-Holiday, and Last Minute Gifting with a shipping cut off.
-
Product focused – Showcasing a wide variety products from the subscription line.
-
Holistic approach – Using a combination of lifestyle, graphic, and UGC style content.

These concepts were brought to life across a suite of video ads and animated GIFs designed for paid social and digital channels. Each asset was tailored to align with a specific angle and platform for rapid testing, ensuring performance-driven creative that could scale across placements.
Outcome
The campaign helped support one of the brand’s largest seasonal pushes, delivering timely, gift-focused messaging with high visual impact. The diverse creative toolkit enabled the performance marketing team to test and optimize rapidly, while maintaining a cohesive brand story throughout the holiday season.
